ハリソン パワートリーツ（2015年4月賞味期限分）について

５月に入荷したパワートリーツ（賞味期限が2015年4月）について、これまでのものとは色と形が異なっているおとを皆様にお伝えさせていただきます。製造ロットによって、色や形が異なることは珍しくはありませんが、念のためハリソン社にこの件について問い合わせをさせていただき、下記の通り正式に回答をいただきましたので、当通販サイトをご利用の方々にもお伝えさせていただきます。色が違うことにより鳥さんの反応も変わってしまうかもしれませんが、ご承知おきくださいますようお願いいたします。<br><br>

Thank you for writing with your concerns.<br>
As a certified organic line of products, ALL Harrison’s items are subject to appearance variations (color, shape, size, etc.)  from run to run.
The reason this occurs as that we do not refine/over-process our ingredients using methods that strip them of their natural, seasonal characteristics.
We do not use processes that fine mill or bleach ingredients. We believe keeping our premium organic ingredients as non-processed as possible is the best way to maximize the natural healthy traits of the products.
This alternately will result in nuggets that may appear different with each production – as do farm grains from harvest to harvest.
In the case of these Power Treats, we did not change the ingredients used but we did have to apply the Organic Palm Fruit Oil a bit differently – resulting in a bit more yellowish hue to the nuggets.
The shape appears to be relatively typical of seasonal aspects (as explained above).

パワートリーツについて、原料を変えてはいませんが、オーガニックのヤシ油の含有量を少し変えているので、その結果これまでの製品よりも黄色みがかってみえるのかもしれません。形に違いが生じるのは、前述したように季節によるものなので、比較的に珍しいことではありません。<br>
